    This is one of the worse courier companies in the province. Home Depot uses them for deliveries. I will not do any more orders from Home Depot as long as they use "Someday No Service company"

    All calls go through a central calling center where the people answering the phones can't actually help you book deliveries. No way to speak directly to your local delivery center until they get around to calling you. Wait times upwards of 20-25 minutes each time I called and even then I did not receive any actual assistance. Was only told they couldn't answer my questions. One person was supposed to try to find an answer to my question and call me back. That was 4 days ago and still no call. I do not understand why big companies like Walmart subcontract their deliveries to a company like this. There must be delivery companies who can provide better service than this.

    Someday not same day: I was given the wrong tracking number. Was told my delivery would come last week and then yesterday when I spoke with a supervisor he said he would have it delivered This morning! After waiting at home all morning....I called the office and it's closed! ?? A supervisor should know they are closed on weekends. Terrible service

    They lost my passport right after it was picked up, no one calls back, no one cares enough to follow up. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER
