Every day, my tracking number says “you’ll be contacted within 24 hours for delivery to be scheduled.” I’ve called them multiple times and am lied to each time saying “you’ll hear back in 24 hours.” BS. What an awful company. I can’t believe Costco uses them to deliver.

This company should be ashamed of them selves...he worked all his life for his tools and now this,, not happy and the world is gonna knowNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
