Let us show you. Soho Developments specializes in modern and transitional, urban, upscale spaces in Calgary's inner-city neighbourhoods. We are a small, locally-owned and operated boutique builder, constructing or renovating only four to five homes a year. For our clients, this means that each home build or renovation is as important to us as it is to you. Furthermore, every project is incepted, constructed, managed and delivered with oversight by the same people with whom you originally met to complete your build. There is no bait and switch. Our two founding partners, Darek and Wally, communicate with you regularly and visit your build site daily to ensure your project is going according to plan.
