    Destroys car, no compensation, lies and deceit!! To others who wish to go to pembina branch, Please dont let them do what they have done to us. We went to the pembina branch Fountain Tire and have been told our timing belt had to be changed. After hours of waiting they had done nothing with the car dispite the wait. When they had done something with our car, they had broken the parts holding the belt together. They had claimed that they had used excessive force when dealing with the vehecle. They did not have any car to lend us despite the inconvenience that they have caused and had only suggested we rent a car from enterprise. It was as if they had it all set up as to break the customer's car and force them to rent from enterprise. We could see how profitable it would be for both company. We were then told the time that they would receive parts to fix the car. But once again we were given disappointment. We were told that they would recieve the part by 10am, and would be finished by 12pm. Thus we called them at 12pm to see their progress, but they had ensured us that they were currently fixing the car and will be finished by 2pm. Once again we called ar 2pm and this time they told us that they had not fixed our car, had not started on it and have no recieved the parts at all. They told us that they do not know when our car can be fixed and is also unable to rent us a vehicle in compensation for the mistakes and inconvenience they have caused. Although once again they had told us to rent from enterprise. Currently our time and work suffers from their inability to amend for their mistakes. We are afraid for our vehecle because they currently still have it in custody and have no concrete answer as to when we can have it back fixed. There are also no status of the progress of our car. If they wished to do anything bad to the car, we would be rendered helpless as we could do nothing to stop them. For those who are just starting families or those who have familes. I advise you to not come to this place, since it will cause you and your family more grief and anger than you deserve.
