They offered a $500 discount, however my father and I negotiated a hard top instead of the $500 discount and for the price of a used jeep I thought that was reasonable. Both salesmen, Roshan and James agreed to throw in the hardtop, therefore I signed all the paperwork. On the day I went to pick up the jeep, I saw that the passenger side fender and bumper was damaged. Roshan, the sales representative, told me and my father that a lady reversed on the car and hit it. He told me not to worry about it and that their mechanic would repair it. I took pictures of the damage while still on their lot and took their word for it. It's been more than 7 months now and both salesmen, Roshan and James have been giving me the run around. They have made several appointments for me to get the jeep fixed and when I went down they did not have the parts for the jeep. Their mechanic tried to fix the bumper, however, the dent still shows and even he said I should request a replacement. I have wasted my gas and time trying to resolve this issue. Just 2 weeks ago they told me they had the parts and they made an appointment with the mechanic, however, when I call the day before the appointment to confirm, I was told they do not have all the parts. My father has also tried dealing with them. I am fed up of their false promises. The jeep has now depreciated in value from the damages and the secretary who works there offered me only $400 for the damages. The parts alone are around $700 and those are after market parts and this is without installation. I am frustrated as I was cheated. For $25,000 and an administration fee of around $3000 I have almost a $30,000 loan for a damaged jeep and no hard top. When I mention the hardtop now, they deny it and both my father and I were there. At this point I want all they promised, however, the most important right now is that I want them to repair my jeep. With new parts, not just a patch up! These salesmen just want to make sales and would promise anything to get the cars sold. They're con artists!-
