Valerie MacLeod was an internal coach, facilitator and trainer in the energy industry, and voluntarily left in 1996 to set up her consulting business. She joined the Haines Centre for Strategic Management because she felt Systems Thinking was the missing piece in much of the work she had done as an internal coach. She became a Global Partner in 1998. Valerie specializes in coaching, facilitating & training in for-profit, government and not-for-profit organizations.
