    Not Impressed.
    I did not have a good experience with them for a substantial injector repair to my truck. I was (and still am) experiencing severe shake at idle in my truck. The diagnostic service came back with the injectors being out of balance, and the suggested course of action was to replace those. Since this was a costly repair, I inquired what sort of system could be put in place to prevent this from reoccurring. A secondary fuel filter was recommended, and that was installed at the same time as the new injectors. The work was completed, but the next week I had multiple instances of my truck stalling due to the truck not being able to hold prime. I was able to limp it around and get it back to them to find out what was causing it, which they fixed for the time being. (I have since had two reoccurrences of this and was able to isolate the cause to hose clamps on the fuel lines that were very loose and sucking in air from when the secondary filter was installed) I could have lived with this inconvenience, except that the main problem with the replacement of the injectors did not resolve the truck shake that I brought it into them for in the first place! I worked with them a little bit more trying out other solutions such as an oil-less air filter, cleaning the air intake including the MAF, and running their STANADYNE fuel additive with every tank. Unfortunately nothing that was suggested fixed the problem. I decided after all this to look in another direction for a solution to my trucks issues, leave a review of my experiences for others to take or leave as they please, and move on. I would advise caution when dealing with NW Fuel Injection Service.?
