By J from SurreyWorst Customer Service. Rude!Worst customer service ever. Came in the place and the power was out. I was going to buy the 10 tokens which give you a bit of discount. However, I couldn't pay with cards since power is out. I then searched whole wallet and could only come up with $6 which is short of 50 cents for 1 bucket. The guy that works there (young looking korean guy) gave me a look as if "too bad". Not apologietic at all. I then went back to my car to search for 50 cents, finally found it. Went in again and the ball dispenser is also out of power, so I asked to see if that's going to be a problem. The guy again rudely said that he could count. Later on the power came back on after I finished my bucket, I went back in the shop and wanted to buy the 10 tokens since now power is back on. I politley asked to see if he could refund the first bucket that I bought and then I could pay with my cards with the 10 tokens, and then he could deduct a token instead. Since that was my original plan, however the power was out initally. He did not even make eye contact and said we don't do refunds. I explained to him that the power was out and I had no choice but to pay for 1 bucket first. Again, rudely, he did not even make any eye contacts and said "NO, we don't do refunds". An issue as simple as this should have been solved for customers, especially it wasn't even the customer's fault that the power was out. I immediately said "alright" and walked out. I would never go back to this driving range again. Also, lots of people were smoking at the range and the owner did not do anything about it. The balls are old and damaged. Not a pleasant environment to be inhaling smokes while practicing. And very RUDE customer service. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
