    I had drove to neptune from an hour away in my truck, I bought a pump and other materials for around $400.00 . After driving home an hour and relizing when I started opening things that half of my parts were missing. I called and left a message on the Saturday, but they were closed. So I waited until monday to go see them. When I went in the STAFF were great. The owner I presume was not, now lets get this straight, your a privately owned buisness in a small community and I am from Alberta with a nack for knowing customer service as I work oilfield sales. I was going to come in and purchase a beautiful $13, 000.00 hot tub, until he said I was incorrect and just outright wrong. Heres a little tip, when your trying to sell to a customer, 1st thing is...........the customer is always right and thats the hand that is feeding your family. That being said, because this manager thought he was all hot stuff making 20 $/hr tops just lost out on a sale that would benefit his employees and himself. I was not compinsated for the fuel in my 1 ton dually diesel pick-up, or my time and I had to take time off of work to be told im wrong. Well, i will never buy another product from NEPTUNE IN SALMON ARM BC. Not a good way to keep repeat buisness.If you want to be treated right and you want exceptional service.......avoid going here. Like I said. The other staff were awesome. So its not there fault. And if this manager ever tried ro work oilfield rig he would nt last one moment.
