I called to ask something about our truck getting serviced and I got swore at so bad I was in tears... We have been to this shop before but never have I been treated as they did with me...... I would advice if you value customer service to not deal with this shop if you would like to be treated with respect at all and have a say in how you would like YOUR VEHICLE to be taken care of. THIS IS COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS A LARGE MECHANICAL BACKGROUND AND INVOLVED WITH OPERATIONS OF 2 COMPANIES AND I MANAGE MY OWN STORE AS WELL AND NEVER HAVE I DEALT WITH SOMEONE SO RUDE.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

Took two weeks to change a Fuel Pump, had to try twice to figure out something may be wrong, that I payed for. Hmm maybe they should have listened to the customer the first time?!??!!!
No call when truck was done, sat for a least 3 days, finally stop in to see what was going on.... two weeks and 1000 bucks later thanks for the fuel pump.
If you like being IGNORED these "mechanics" are for you.....-
