By Brenda from CalgaryDO NOT STAY HERE!We stayed for a week at this hotel. The room was not cleaned daily (I would have thought beds would be made and bathroom would be cleaned daily). When questioned, we were told we had a weekly rate. The one day the bed was attempted to be made (After we questioned it) - it looked like a 7 year old tried to make it. We were chased down on our second day to pay for our week. I have never paid before check out before (yes my credit card was on file). I do not believe the bathroom was cleaned the entire time we were there, other then when we bought cleaning products and did it ourselves. The carpet was old, worn and dirty as were the drapes. When I questioned the cleaning - I was asked to give a list of what I would like cleaned. Which didn't help, it still wasn't done. There is a fish tank in the lobby that is so green with algae, and 2 dead fish in it - which I mentioned on check in should be removed. It was dark and dingy to say the least. It was a non-smoking room, which had obviously been smoked in prior, and the hallway to get there was like walking through an ashtray. So to put it in a nutshell - I've stayed there twice - the first and last time. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
