I have many focuses in my training, from acute rehabilitation cases to elite athletes. I administers Genetic Exercise Analysis Tests (Sub Max VO2 and Resting Metabolic Rate). Which allows me to develop precise programs that are very specific to each clients own genetic potential and their physiological abilities. I am currently completing my Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor and I am a Health and Wellness Consultant this allow me to help you with weight loss or gain and other nutrtion plans. I also spent 15 years working as a Pharmacy Technician and achieved a level 3. I left my pharmacy career to follow my dream of seeing people stay well instead of trying to get better by treating sypmtoms instead of the root cause! I have been described by my clients to be very caring and extremely motivational. My training techniques are focused on your needs and my clients see results quickly!!
