By Hanna from Coquitlam(2 of 2 customers found this review helpful)the worst management everthe management excels in shaking off their shoulders any responsibility, pointing to each other and blaming each other while problem remains unresolved. there is no such thing as a customer service not only in their policy but even in their vocabulary. there are few more adjectives that show their true colors: lazy, ignorant, deceitful... For instance, we lived 4 months exposed to the mercury vapors. when we discovered the spill and noticed the management, they didn't move a finger, regarding situation as not emergency. When Fire Department had different opinion and made them take away contaminated carpet, we live now without carpet with a sub-floor that is full of rusty pins and staples and has been flooded some time before with sewage water over a month. From chemical hazard to bacteriological - it is customer service provided by Amber Properties.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
