Tyler the salesman was great! It's the installer who we are not impressed with at all. He came by himself to carpet a 417 sqft room we just had reno'd everything - new drywall, window casings etc.. My mom was there to let him in while we were at work. This guy asks my mom who is in her mid 60's to help carry in the carpet and asked my neighbor to help as well.. He brought the carpet through the window and scuffed up our window ledge and also somehow managed to put a rock chip like hole in our window.. Never apologized or anything.. We paid him by cheque before knowing what had all happened - it took him 3 weeks to deposit the cheque. Then he still needs to come and trim the carpet (which we were aware of) but shows up unannounced on my door step. We were aware he was going to come by either of these 3 days, but they were going to confirm and let me know, which they had not.. all in all, the carpet we love. service was pretty good. when the owner came over to look at the job he didn't even apologize for what the guy had done, and honestly didn't make us feel like we were important. All we want is stuff to get fixed (hole in window)and would like to get reimbursed for the carpet install.
