By David from BurnabyCustomer ReviewThe WORST place to go to. The secretary(blondes brown hair) was rude, condescending, arrogant and incompetent. Felt that she is never wrong. Had a fax sent in, I received a confirmation that they received it and they can't find it. She mentioned that she does shred private and important documents without giving it to the Dr's or to the patient. She will make total decisions without consulting the Dr's. So be careful, she will lose your private info. She has no soil skills and total disregard for the patients. They have a sign that says they will not tolerate foul language or verbal abuse. I can see why, with such in competencies, no wonder they get alot of complaints and need the sign. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. I can't believe that they keep her working there. I can see many lawsuits going to happen because of her.-
