They did not tell me that on top of the money I paid that I would need to also pay a three dollar a month fee. So without notice my account was suspended and I never heard from my son and no refund!!
By Tiffany from Abbotsford BCWouldn't refund over $100 when services wouldn't workI sent over $100 to this company (Canada Relink Call2Talk ) and they gave me a phone number for my husband to use. When he tried it, it never worked when I contacted em they gave me the runaround and after the month was up that I paid for and it still wouldn't work no matter how they told us to try it, they "helped us out". By zeroing out our account to try again. Again it didn't work. That's when I told them I have a six month old baby with a seizure disorder a husband in jail for a mental issue until he got transferred to the hospital and a 4 year old to deal with and to please have mercy and stop giving me the runaround because it's not working and I don't have the time or the energy to keep doing this and to please just refund my money. They refused and told me I'd have to pay more to try again, they also emailed me there policies they I will share at the bottom. The policies had nothing to do with this situation, I had paid for a service and it didn't work for me no matter what we tried. When I told them I would have to be contacting the bbb, they formally told me at any legal investigation into this will be charged to me! I'm very upset and out money for a service that doesn't work. The website makes tells you it's a family business and you are in good hands. When I started to recheck reviews, many others said not to use this company and they change there name when they have troubles. I have read many different websites with bad reviews on Canada Relink Call2Talk. I am officially still out my $100+, time and effort, and paying full price for the phone calls between my husband and I. These are the policies they emailed me to explain why I didn't deserve a refund: 1. Once a payment is made and your order is confirmed, if there are any changes such as the inmate being released, etc, and this results in you not needing Canada (adding policies is over the 2000 character allowance for this review).No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
