My brother bought boots for work and the heel came right off - on his time off we went to return the boots and instead of a refund or store credit even - they offered to take the boot to a shoe repair store. No options whatsoever, after going home and thinking about it we became upset with the fact that after paying close to 200$ for boots, we were being made to take the same pair of boots (that had given out after only two weeks of use) back up north.. I called an expressed our dissatisfaction - the worker then told me that there was nothing they could do cuz the manufacturer wouldn't give them a refund so they wouldn't give us one - and then proceeded to tell me that a customer was waiting and hung up on me.
