By Kyle from BlufftonBetter off Dealing with Crowley’sI dealt with Steve who I thought was a typical sleazy salesman the first time I meet him but I was looking for a special brand of engagement ring so I purchased it off of him anyway. It has been less than two years since I purchased the ring and now we are having some issues and need some warranty work done on it. I guess shortly after I purchased the ring they stopped selling that brand so now they will not help us out and told us to go to a different store. Now it is going to cost us an additional $250.00 to send it away since we did not buy it off them. When I was purchasing the ring Steve was informing me on how great there life time warranty is but never mentioned anything how much it will cost to send them away or that they were going to stop selling that brand. Also we live a very active lifestyle on a ranch so I asked if the ring could hold up to above normal wear and tear and like a typical salesman he said we would not have any issues. Now since we are having issues he is telling me that damage to these rings are normal and if my wife was carrying to many bags of groceries at once it could cause damage to the ring. I would never recommend this place to anyone and follow the only good advice Steve gave me when he said, “you are better off dealing with Crowley’s by Kingsway”No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
