By Nehal Shoaib from Edmontonso unprofessional and not knowledgeableI don't recommend this company at all, they are so unprofessional as when I was complaining about one of their technicians as he was not knowledgeable the man hanged up on me while I was talking despite I was very polite with him, and they lied to my management company regarding the time spent as they said it was 45 minutes and the man stayed for less than 15 minutes and he didn't even check the hoses as they claimed, he didn't even move the washer or try to know what was wrong with it, my advice see someone with good reviewsNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
