Unfortunately, the service is terrible. I usually ask for my ham to be sliced thin for sandwiches but they refused to do this, claiming that the ham was too hot. As the ham was sitting on the counter for awhile and they do have a professional slicing machine it was a lack of professional service. As a customer who spends up to 40 dollars per week....I will take my $2000 dollars to another deli/sausage house. I know other meat shops that have fresh and great tasty meat and they will slice it anyway I want and without the attitude of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
