AQUALINA Bayside Toronto - next great neighbourhood begins at the water’s edge
Tridel, Canada’s leading condominium developer and international real estate firm Hines, today released details of their new condominium development called Aqualina at Bayside Toronto, the first residential phase of a 13 acre mixed use development called Bayside Toronto. Valued at over $1.1 billion, Bayside will be the first neighbourhood in downtown Toronto to feature two million square feet of residential, commercial and cultural uses, all on the water’s edge.

Designed by world renowned architects, Arquitectonica, the 363 suite condominium will spearhead Hines’ ambitious plan to develop Bayside Toronto into the premier neighbourhood on Toronto’s downtown waterfront.
