Long story short, they come off as super family oriented, honest and nice but in my experience they were anything but. They were quite difficult to get ahold of, only answered parts of questions, avoided giving full information, were condescending, left out key information, lied and when I politely questioned them on a part of the contract that was contradictory to what they signed with our tenant they got upset and told me they could no longer represent me. I had to find another 'landlord' for my property from 8000 miles away! They also charged me $200 for 'office supplies' after all that. Stay far away from these guys.-
