    Terrible experience
    Will not recommend TRX to anyone. Our sales person was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but dealing with the finance guy Ted and the Tom the owner made for a terrible experience. Rude emails and fighting to get the deposit back that we were reassured was refundable. After talking to a few people they have mentioned how shady the owner is and I wish I had known that before going to TRX.

    -0 review. Totally relate with previous review. Finance manager did same with us and then kept calling my husband's work place and harassing them. Our trailer had damage to it when we picked it up. It was an experience beyond hell dealing with these guys. We made the arrangement to go on our plan vacation to ALASKA and take it back in fall to have what we were lead to believe have front panel replace. Well we took it back in October it is May and guess what STILL NOT FIXED. We live near Regina could have got a better deal AND not have to take it to martensville to be fixed. Many calls no return calls. I am very disappointed with Scott as he is the main reason we purchase this trailer. He appeared to be an honest man. Seriously the only thing that hasn't fallen off is the wheels. This is just the beginning of reporting the horrible service from these guys. Now I am really totally ticked you can't give them a 0

    Horrible service...finnance manager conned me into extras without directly asking do you want this yes or no? Didnt realize untill I got ho.e he had somehow charged me for extended warranty ..diamond coat and life insurance .an extra 7000$ without me realizing it .. very dishonest
