Purchased $4000 worth of Hi lite blinds for every room in our home. They look pretty but within 6 months the sun started burning the fabric and they will split right across. The edges started fraying and catching in the roller whenever I tried to open them. It's been 18 months and a nightmare still fighting to get them to honor the 3 year warranty on fabric and lifetime on mechanism. I have been given the run around and have reached my breaking point and claims court is my only course of action left. BUYER BEWARE don't but these stupid blinds they will create a headache for you.

If there was negative rating I would give it, bad installation and no customer service, they didn't respond to our phone calls as their covers fall apart in few months even though we paid more than 4K, stay away from them.
I had Paul and Abeela come in to install blinds in my house for a second time. After installation and taking my payment, I realized that the blinds did not fit in my window properly, and the string was too short - making it so that I cannot open or close them. Rendering my new blinds useless.
The company promised a total of 13 times over the last month to come and fix their mistake. All 13 times they never showed up! Paul and Abeela Window Fashions are not ignoring all of my calls, will not return my voicemails, and will not answer any of my text messages.
They will scam you and take off with your money! DO NOT USE THEM!
