Born Midwives

Midwives are qualified health professionals who provide care to healthy women throughout pregnancy, labour and postpartum period, and to their newborn infants. All women have the right to comprehensive midwifery care and can self-refer to a midwife. Call the office at or complete our online intake form on our website to request midwifery care. Midwifery care is fully funded by the Ministry of Health. Women can choose to give birth at home or hospital, decide with your midwife what is right for you. We are a team of midwives with diverse backgrounds. We will work together to provide the highest level of care. During your pregnancy you will have the opportunity to meet each of the midwives on your team.
