By JT from CalgaryNot Worth ItI didn't approve of Sarcee Trail Place. Rent was too high. They were in constant renovation but not on the apartments. When I moved in the carpets were wet and poorly cleaned. The tap water was white with high solid content. Heaters didn't work well. Hot water was slow. Had a job interview with them, incentives and pay were not worth it. The free Telus internet and TV offer cost $50 per month. Extra $25 per month anytime rent was not paid by the second. Paid parking was not well maintained. People sleeping in the stairwells. Rent incentives dissapear after first year and rent goes up. Regular water shut offs. Low caucasian population. Took entire security deposit plus $10 on move out. Pad was rented next day.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
