D's Zumba Fitness Classes

Zumba is a latin and international fitness inspired dance class. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Burn up to 1000 calories in one hour. Have fun while doing the reggaeton, hip-hop, salsa, merengue and so many other steps. It's perfectly ok if you don't get it, after all it's a fitness class, not a dance class and it does take a good 5-6 classes before you become familiar with it. Zumba means moving fast and having fun! As long as you have left sweaty and happy, you did Zumba correctly. It is your class and you take it to your own pace! This is for the beginner to the experienced, it does not matter, everyone is welcome!
