By Dave from CalgaryCustomer ReviewTerrible customer service. 1100 kms on a new accord and it had a navigation problem, no big deal but asked to get a rental car or have the shuttle to take us to Tim Hortons and back, (can see it from the dealership) and they said no. They can't take us to Tim Hortons and back. Meanwhile the shuttle is still been here at the dealership for over an hour. We bought the car at alberta Honda in edmonton and they even offered to feed us at the dealership. Night and day difference. Will not come back here
