Don't ask for service though, as she simply ignores phone calls, emails, and the Better Business Bureau! I cannot reconcile the charges put through on my VISA and she won't provide a copy of the invoice. I'm left to assume she overcharged me, and doesn't want to have to refund!!!!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
By Greg from Calgary(1 of 2 customers found this review helpful)ExcellentWe have used Calgary Wholesale Blinds for years on two houses and a condo, our son has used Calgary Wholesale Blinds on three houses and a condo and numerous friends have used Calgary Wholesale Blinds for their homes. Most recently we used them for a home we moved into in March this year. I have always found Lesley professional, courteous and knowledgeable with great decorating ideas and her installer Jimmy is the same. The quality of the blinds we have received have been second to none. A made in Canada product from BC that work as good as the more expensive brands and much better than the blinds they were replacing. Once we had an issue with a blind and it was replaced without any questions or hassles. I am not affiliated with Lesley or Calgary Wholesale Blinds, only a repeat customer because of the great service and great product at a great price. To give you and example, we saved over 50% off the builders price for blinds on our condo three years ago and couldn't be happier with them.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

When you meet her for the first visit she is very professional and does a lot of name dropping because more than likely someone referred her. She is liked because she uses lower quality no-name brand blinds where she can pass the cheaper cost on to the customer. 90% of the time anyone can instal blinds and it will be hassle free which is an easy business to get into. The problem is there is absolutely NO WARRANTY. Jimmy is her installer who is very professional but often feels bad because she lies about her customer service. If the blinds break, fall down, do not open, etc she will not return warranty related phone calls nor will she take the time to try and sort something out for you. I have heard this from several other people. You can even ask the Better Business Bureau and see what their opinion is and how she got such a poor rating with them. I would just like to warn others to do some research before spending several thousand on window coverings.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
