The manager keeps on ordering us' you must do this and that' instead of asking in a polite way. Very bad management. We have water shutdown everyothrer day. When I moved in the balcony was full of animal's waists and the doors were damaged!!!!

I was never late. This month by mistake I forgot to receive the money transfer so the cheque was returned NSF cheque. The manager Donna left a letter that says you have 48 hours to pay the rent and bank charges or I will take further action and you must pay by bank draft!!!!!! I sent her a message and said I'm sorry and explained what happened and asked her if we can pay cash or regular cheque. She replied YOU MUST pay with a bank draft!!!!!! How rude that is. No greeting no hello this is very rude and disrespectful. I was so insulted. She could've asked for the same thing but in a nice way. We are not her slaves to order us this way.-
