By Peter from Lomond ab(1 of 1 customers found this review helpful)Customer ReviewPrairie custom auto from Brooks Alberta This guy towed my car the next day I phone them on a Sunday cause I have left my pick up keys in that car hi says there's nothing I can do about it I phoned him again a few minutes later I figured he has three employees there's got to be a way that he can let me come and grab my pick up keys I phone them again and then he says if I ever come back to Brooks today I will let you know two hours later he says I'll be in Brooks in 10 minutes I said it takes me half an hour to get to Brooklyn says well I will wait 20 minutes I rushed there there's when I was about like eight minutes away from Brooks he phones me again and says what do you need out of this car I said my pick up keys are in the glove box and he pretended like he was searching for it I don't think he even was at that location he just made me chase like a son of a gun and he says no they're not in here when I got there no one was there could see my car in the impound yard that was it it was just a joke that he made me rush there with my work vehicle no one was there was just a joke on that Tuesday and come to get my car out he wanted $610 for the toll for 40 Km I phoned different companies in different towns and they said maximum the rate it would come to 350 so that Tuesday I went back and my wife wanted to grab some stuff out of the car so she went and got some stuff out of the trunk she wanted some stuff from in the car he wouldn't let her so we cut off couple weeks later because he was close for a few weeks I phone them up again and finally said I will let you have the car back for $610 and don't talk about whatever these weeks it's been sitting there so I did it soon as I got the car back I look in the front of the car there was my pickup keys so I just found that he is given very bad service to me anyways-
