By Very unhappy customer from GTA(2 of 2 customers found this review helpful)Customer service is non-existentThey are agents for SunSetter in Canada, I think. Customer service is non-existent - I was told I would be sent a new awning motor under warranty to replace one that died - arranged thru SunSetter in the US and handled thru Multiple Awnings in Montreal - they said it would take a week or so to arrange - and they would send me the UPS tracking number - that was 6 weeks ago - still waiting - no contact at all from Multiple Awnings since then - nothing. Customer service with them is a pretty unpleasant experience.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
