    Owner very nice and pleasant,dispatch needs to stay In contact more with drivers, Management lacking communication to customers and to there own staff ,and alot of favoritism to certain employees(driver), new trucks but very old beat up trailers, safety isn't on the top of there list, and seems to have a large turn around for there employees. If they paid more and offered benefits and uniforms and somewhat of a boot allowance , im sure the employee turn around rate would slow down. Would I refer someone to lennox drum, yes but I'd advise them to read this review first and make there own judgment.
