Over my stove the piece is already lifting because they didn't use real wood and when I was supposed to have something fixed it took literally months before they even started the job after taking a piece of my kitchen to use to match the colour. They left me waiting and calling for weeks to get follow up. They were too busy with other customers because they already got my money from me! Pretty sad to be put on the back burner like that when you gave tens of thousands of your hard earned dollars. 3 of my neighbour's also have Baresa kitchens and are not happy either and all have similar complaints with lack of quality. Beautiful work but low quality drawer and cupboard mechanisms... flimsy and cheap!

I was refered to baresa from many people who were also impressed by there work i have had nothing but really good service from baresa. If you have any issues contact them there customer service is excellent!!!

Baresa cabinets have been a part of my families and friends household for over 40 years... they take pride to their attention to detail...and at the end the final product is breathtaking...I've moved three times....and all three times my kitchens and bathrooms were custom made by Baresa ......I highly recommend Baresa to all my friends and family....as well as colleagues of mine..and everyone is always happy....-
