Northwest Plastics Ltd. is a Vancouver based Custom Rotational Molder, specializing in rotomolding large or small hollow-bodies objects. We focus on understanding our customer's needs and exceeding them in product construction, dependability of supply and personalized customer support. We rotomold in the Pacific Northwest for Customers who provide fine products worldwide. We act as a Partner in Excellence to our clients. Our product is 100% recyclable, and easier on the environment than many of the potential alternatives to high grade plastic. Though our experience in specific markets is many and far-ranging, we have particularily large amounts of experience in custom rotomolded parts, Playpark slides, Aquaculture dock floats, Marker buoys, and Waste Management. Rotomolding is used to form large or small hollow shapes using powdered plastic. The resulting parts are seamless, one-piece, virtually stress-free and complex in design. They may have metal inserts molded into them, graphics molded onto the outside or foam in the wall. With rotational molding, lead times are quick; tooling is low cost and part complexity is easy to accomplish. We will work with you to create a quality product tailored to your needs, created with the effectiveness of the finished product in mind. With the customers’ input we establish acceptance criteria & monitor these requirements from order placement through to product delivery. Whether it is new product development, assuming responsibility for an existing product or managing engineering changes, our methods are geared to a quality result.
