Unfortunately we are very dissatisfied with the service. We had 3- 24x48 tiles and about 16 pieces that were roughly 8x48 that were cut offs from pieces we had cut with a sigma tile cuter. although the Sigma makes very straight cuts, the cut edges are not suitable to create grouted joint lines so we went to Glaswood expecting them to cut the tiles into approximately 48 pieces that would end up being roughly 5 5/8 x 23 3/8 that we could do a 2/3 off-set pattern on a 40 sq/ft bathroom floor. First of all they made their first mistake, cutting exactly 6x24 pieces out of the 8x24s then the pieces left from those cuts were only 6x23 1/8 and if that wasn't bad enough when we got to the job site with the tile we discovered they had also cut the factory edge off all of the 8 inch pieces rendering them to be now useless! They cross-cut the full 24x48 pieces at increments of 6 inches leaving 7-6x23 5/8 tiles and 1 4 7/8 x23 5/8 tile out of each! They did not finish the job they were requested to perform and charged more than they quoted and left us with a product that is useless in the condition it is in right now! As they are shut down for Christmas holidays and we are scheduled to complete this install between Christmas and New Years this is very upsetting. I think if the week they had the product before Christmas was inadequate for them to take the time to do the job correctly a simple "No we can't do it" would have enabled us to make other arrangements and not put us in this mess!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
