By Nathan from CalgaryuncooperativeI made my order on Dec 5, and on Jan 5th sent an email inquiring as to why my order was still only "pre-authorized" and when I should expect it to be shipped. After a week and a half without response I called. The woman on the phone was surprised to see my order hadn't changed and said they would contact me as soon as possible with any information as soon as she had any. I got an email from them 3 hours later telling me my credit card had expired (It most certainly hasn't, I've used it three times today on larger purchases without issue) and that they had been trying to contact me since Jan 5th (no, they didn't, and they had my phone number and email twice over at that point), but that my order had been ready to ship since the Jan 5th. I'm cancelling my order now.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
