    This company was hired to install shelving and a ladder rack in my new van. The installer made a hole in the floor too large for the bolt and used a partially rusted metal strap to try and cover it up. I noticed this one week after I pick up my van because I saw daylight from the inside of my cargo area. The damage is $750.00 and the president (Robert Dowse) who spoke to me over the phone was completely disrespectful to me the and refused to pay the damage unless I go to his body shop. He is such a poor excuse for president of a large company. He spoke to me with an attitude and was insulting. It was ok for me to spend over $3000.00 on over priced metal shelves but not ok for him to pay the damage from my auto-body shop. It has been 3 weeks now that I am waiting for his body-shop to come and see me to quote the damage. Word of advise to independent contractors do not use this company as they only care about there big fleet contacts!!
