For instance I took a Travel Insurance with them for my wife and they said that I can cancel it at anytime. After two months, my wife started her school and took a cheaper insurance. When I call them to cancel the insurance, the RBC agent told me that if you used the insurance even once before ask for cancellation, there is no right to cancel the contract. When I asked them you did not tell us at the time of constract, they told me that they sent the document to our address explaning all these (two weeks after the constract date!).
I think you should be very careful with the RBC conditions before going through any constract. I did not expect that from the RBC, but Personally I can not trust them anymore.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
