    I bought the canada weather jacket I had problem I called customer support they did change my jacket even I lost the receipt but they help me a lot

    IS THERE A ZERO STAR RATING?! Bought a Canada Weather Gear Long Jacket 6 days ago; the zipper is falling apart. No answer from head office. Will NEVER shop here again!

    This store is the horrible and the so called office manager is no help. Bought what was suppose to be a goose feather filled jacket and in no time the jacket is shedding feathers crazily!!! I've been back to the store, where I'm told to contact head office of which there is no reply and then suddenly not in service. This is not the way to treat your customers and I will not advise anyone to shop there because you never know what quality of product you'll be receiving. Horrible!

    Don't buy down fill jackets from any international store . All the fillings come out and stick on ur clothes all over and those people don't do anything for u and treat u very rudely especially the manager at Bramalea city centre Brampton ,on

    I thought we lived in a competitive retail world, Where retailers want to sell good products, at good prices, and were willing to stand behind the workmanship....If you live this dream, do not shop at International Clothier. My sons jacket fell apart after less than 30 days, and the Mississauga locations want to run me in circles between stores looking for a 'manager'...tried to call head office, they don't answer the phone or return calls....Lesson learned..will never purchase another item from this store....lots of other retails stand behind their products, without any games.
    No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
