Cornell Welding & Fabricating Ltd. is a fully equipped
custom metal fabrication company located in South-Western Ontario, with easy
access to major highways and is close to a diverse steel and aluminum supplier
base. Our two manufacturing plants and head office are located in Woodstock,
Ontario. Our dedicated team of experienced employees are equipped with
precision laster cutting, CNC braking, high definition plasma cutting and
fabricating equipment. All Aluminum and Steel welding work we do is certified
to CWB/CSA standards. We also have the ability to weld to AWS specification

Cornell Welding & Fabricating Ltd. was founded in 1967
as a small one-person welding and repair shop. In the first couple years of
operation, we grew to have five truck mounted portable welding machines
completing in-house maintenance work for local industries. Additionally, we
produced miscellaneous metal products and ornamental iron work for commercial
and industrial construction, as well as residential projects. The company grew and twice moved to larger
facilities. In 1974, it was incorporated as Cornell Welding & Fabricating
Ltd. In 1976, property was purchased at our current location, 960 Keyes Drive,
in Woodstock. As business increased, additions were added to the office and
plant and the building next door was acquired. Our company grew and twice moved
to larger facilities over the years. In 1974, Cornell Welding & Fabricating
was incorporated. In 1976, property was purchased where our current location
resides in Woodstock. By 2011, the business grew once again, and numerous new
employees joined us to fill the demand for quality workers. A quick
Hi-definition Plasma cuter was installed in plant number two that improved our
production times and material utilization. In 2012, we celebrated our
forty-fifth anniversary. Cornell looks forward to serving you for the year to
