    Excellent cleaners
    My family has used Custom Maids for three and a half years, and we have always had good cleaners. I recommend this cleaning service to busy families and others who need a professional cleaner.

    Phenomenal Service
    Custom Maids is fantastic! They have great customer service; helping me find a maid in a pinch! What makes them standout for me is their attention to detail (washing baseboards, removing marks off the walls, etc). This made a huge difference and my apartment sparkled afterwards. I also loved the checklist they left behind with everything they accomplished and cleaning supplies I need to restock. So well organized! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a thorough cleaning and great customer service!

    Great service every time
    A thorough cleaning job every time, and friendly service from everyone! We've been using Custom Maids since 2009 and have been very satisfied. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service.

    Custom Maids - an excellent Cleaning Service Provider
    We have been using Custom Maids for over 15 years. Over that time we've had 5 different cleaners with the company. Each one did an excellent job. Listed below are the main reasons why we enjoy Custom Maids: 1. The cleaners are friendly. 2. They work very hard and are consistent in their approach. 3. They always complete the job duties. 4. They are flexible. For example, if no wash is needed that day, they would be happy to do something else in place (cleaning-related) which takes the same amount of time. 5. They are communicative and are proactive in their approach, i.e., they inform us of things that may cause a problem if left unattended such as leaky taps, plugged drains, etc. 6. They are not clock-watchers and do not leave work early. Overall I strongly recommend Custom Maids. You will be happy that you did. Darlene L.

    Professional cleaning company - highly recommended
    I have been using Custom Maids for over eight years now and I am very pleased with the service you provide. During this period, a few maids have come and gone but all have been professional, reliable and trustworthy. From the very beginning, they have a key to my condo and I have had no issue with it. Staff at head office and my cleaning lady have been very flexible with various requests and scheduling changes. I have recommended Custom Maids to friends and they have also been very pleased with the services provided.

    Custom Maids
    Custom Maids is a pleasure to deal with. I find them quite professional and very responsive. I am very happy with my cleaning lady who does a great job. She's thorough, attentive and reliable. I wish I had called Custom Maids sooner because they've made my life a little less stressful. It's so nice to come home to a clean house. Thank you!

    Great cleaning service
    The cleaning service was great. They always do a very detailed job! No matter which cleaning staff you get they will always go through the standard items and will make sure everything is spotless.

    Excellent Service
    I have a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home and I wanted it cleaned. I did not have the time to do it myself, I am always busy with work. I called Custom Maids and spoke with Stephanie who was very friendly and helpful. My home is spotless and I have become a permanent customer-getting my house cleaned bi-weekly by an awesome, friendly cleaner, Adeline. Thanks to Custom Maids and Adeline, my home is always spotless. I have recommended Custom Maids to all my friends and family!
