They leak cold air around the edges where the windows close up to the frame causing extreme frosting and ice build up on the bottom of the windows. This is not a humidity problem due to the fact of cold air being able to enter from the outside. All 16 of my windows are 13 years old and all will need to be replaced. This company never returned my phone calls several years ago when I complained about this problem to them.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
