    So jamais vous etes a la recherch de une robe pour une occasion speciale , example, marriage ou bal de finnissant, NE VA PAS chez Boutique Hugette sur la rue Boivin a Granby,QC... Le proprietaire a aucune respect pour ses clients, elle a refuser de rembourser une robe de valeur plus que $200.00,Elle a rut dans l face de Ma mere, Elle La insulter, Elle a traiter Ma mere de folle , et Elle. Utuliser plusieurs mots que je pourrais pas repeter. Si pas la premiere fois que Elle insulte des clients, I'll y'a plusieur femmes qui ont des situation similiare avec "Madame Hugette"... S.v.p. sauver votre temps et argent, et achet pas de Boutique Hugette, Elle est une snob, et Elle a pas de tact!

    In my most honest opinion, this was the worst service i have ever recieved in my life. The owner was extremely rude and arrogant. She spoke to me in the most rude and disrespectful manner, how she made it forty years in this business is beyond me. I absolutely would not recommend this business to my worst enemy, let alone friends. It is such an awful company that it is not even worth one single star, however in order to submit this review I do not have a choice but to select a rating.
