She called me "la greque" instead of my name, and basically did not honor my coupon card that I purchased, claiming that I was misinformed by the seller. Avoid this place, there are better ones nearby!

It had a value of 130$ (70$ massage and 60$ facial). I call for reservation one month ahead. The day of my appointment I called them saying that I have an appointment at 5pm. The receptionist asked for my name. I answered. I told her that I wanted to know the direction to get to their salon. She have me the direction. When I finally arrived, they told me that my name was not in their appointment book. I pretty much travelled for nothing because the lady on the phone did not verify when I called. They did not even apologize and they gave me an appointment for the next week. The massage room did not smell good and it was cold. My massage only lasted 45 minutes. For the facial they told me that with my coupon I can only get a mini facial, I needed to pay an extra 40$ for the complete facial. Overall it was not a good experience and I will not return to this place. It is not a place to relaxe because there are many staff and they are lousy. I do not recommend this place because they are not well organized and they are not honest about the promotion that they offer.-
