I went there with a picture of the haircut I wanted to get. I ended up with with a haircut that was too short. I certainly did not to look like Anne Hathaway in Les Miserables! I went there because I am going on a trip to attend a wedding but now my self-confidence has been dented. After I complained, the hairstylist said I will not look like the one in the picture because my hair is different and it will grow back in two weeks. I have gone to other salons with same picture as before and have gotten very good results. This is by far the worst one. I will never go back again. Lesson learned: make sure that you and the hairstylist really understand what haircut you want. For the hairstylist, if you are not sure about the haircut, ask questions for clarification.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
