By Joe from VancouverPoor management.I have lived here almost 20 years. Had wonderful caretakers who took the residents' interest to heart. The latest "regime" is arrogant, rude, unhelpful. I am leaving soon because they aren't leaving any time soon, so one of us has to leave ... and that's me. He, the "caretaker" who refers to himself as a "manager" is lazy, does not respond to requests and has allowed this building to deteriorate into a dump. I have been an exemplary resident for almost 20 years and every time I have requested an upgrade (be it painting or carpet replacement), I have been denied. It took 9 months to get the broken soap holder in the bathtub replaced. They "upgraded" the closet doors with sliding mirror ones (how seventies is that?) which have major gaps. Have placed in writing what is insufficient in this apartment - they could give a rat's ass.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
