    This company towed my car. When I tried to call them to retrieve it and mentioned their sign for towing caused issue for me as the phone number was incorrect they hung up on me. Finally 3 phone calls later I was able to find their yard. I asked them about their towing practices in terms of how they handle 4 wheel drive cars. They yelled at me for asking. When I asked for the receipt they did not include the time of towing and time of pickup. Despite the fact this is required in the City of Victoria Bylaws NO. 11-033 TOWING AND IMMOBILIZING COMPANIES BYLAW A BYLAW OF THE CITY OF VICTORIA Section 13(1)(a,b,c). When I asked them for it multiple times as well as how their billing works they refused to disclose the information or note the time despite it being a legal requirement and ordered me off the property.

    Scammed
    While drinking coffee in a MacDonald's, parked in their parking lot my car was towed. I was told it was because I had left the property which wasn't true. I was told I was a liar by the driver. He charged me $139.94 to get my car out. Disturbing and plain wrong.
    No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

    Scam artist! They hide tiny signs in lots where you can't even see them then steal your vehicle within minutes after watching you leave. I was stranded with my baby without our car seat and cold drinks on a hot summer day. I even looked for a sign when I parked to make sure it was okay. Shameful
