I had to go back numerous times within 1 MONTH to fix and re-do my acrylic nails. In the end I just wanted them removed so I could go to another salon. She charged me once again to get them removed. $15 to do that, and then when I politely and quietly asked (as to not let other customers hear) I asked the owner, "since I've been in here 3 time in less than a month because of the estheticians mistake, I shouldn't have to pay to get them removed after everything that's happened." She literally yelled at me in front of her 3 other customers, said I was lying and that I never gave her a tip, and that I had never spend 102$ and believe me, I did. I ended up in tears walking out. I spend all together $102 in less than 1 month. got them done for my birthday may 12th, went through 3 DIFFERENT SETS. First set I had was acrylic was $61, gave 10 dollar tip, and had to get them fixed the very next day because they rushed me out and my nails didn't dry, re-did them completely. Had to go in again within less than 2 weeks. Paid another $31 for a fill. And was rushed the entire time. had 3 DIFFERENT GIRLS just to fill my nails. After 1 week of having that set, they were completely chipped at the cuticle, I assumed acrylic lasted a few weeks longer? not 1 week? Finally went in again to remove them because I was tired of having to keep going in there and getting bad service. And I wanted them to know where I was coming from. And I got yelled at and told I am a liar? I'm EXTREMLY hurt and feel very disrespected over this entire situation. Will never be going back in there, and I know about 20 other girls that will never be going back in there either. They completely lost our respect. And a lot of their clienteleNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
