The power would go out on a regular basis. The carpets inside the room were heavily stained and had not been changed in many years. Some of the rooms have a foul smell that is unbearable. The rooms have no sound proofing. The staff are unprofessional The staff is known to ask paying guests to do maintenance work.4 weeks into my stay here I was asked to do maintenance and chores around the motel. Most motels that are organized and managed well, would never need to ask paying guests to perform job duties that are the responsibility of staff, especially if you are paying$560-590 a month. The conduct of the staff members was terrible. Aggression on the part of one staff member lead me to filing a report with the local police. The motel rooms have no room service. No room telephones. The plumbing is in disrepair, the showers leaked and the toilets in the rooms I was in did not work properly. Staff members attempted to convert me to their religion. This motel is associated with the contentital Inn niagara falls My suggestion to the public is that if you consider renting here do it at your own risk.-
